Our Mission is to afford a means to our members of demonstrating their comitment to honest, reliable and ethical business practice, while at the same time giving the outside world a means of performing due diligence before deciding to do business with a member. We also provide an open medium for the registration and resolution of complaints against members, and can assist in such complaint resolution.
We strive to examine all the references provided by members, and to investigate any complaints filed. We also are available to act as intermediary for the resolution of issues between members and their customers or suppliers.
At the same time, we are not an index to businesses or entities who are not in our database. The absence of a business from our database does not necessarily mean that the business has something to hide. Joining our organization is a business decision that may be influenced by various factor. We do not investigate non-members.
